Facility  back to top

Nestled among the many computer labs within the College of Imaging Arts and Sciences is a room that constantly sees a great deal of use. The New Media Lab is a hotbed of creative energy where New Media, Film and Animation, and Graphic Design students blend together for one common purpose: creativity. Containing Dual Processor and Dual Processor G5 workstations with dual monitors, the lab runs industry standard software from manufacturers like Adobe, Macromedia, Maxon, and of course Apple.

Built in 1999, the New Media Lab was constructed in a joint effort between New Media and the School of Film and Animation and has been in constant use by both programs ever since.
