All my intial sketches from the beginning of last Winter Quarter. These are sketches for layout and logo ideas for our Feed Me website “Quietes Consulting”. A classmate and friend of mine, Steven Parker, helped me with an idea to make a unique website, one that would change (morph) depending on the status of user, whether they were closer to death or not. Here I have my death concept, and the change would be to a more marble white stone setting.

Funny thing I always named my projects but for some reason this one keeps slipping my mind. I can only find “M”. I will rummage around my archives again and also post some process sketches of this project.
This is another short video from awhile ago. Here I created my own sound using soundtrack pro. I also wanted to push myself and tried something new. I took a leap and tried to incorporate green screen of people into my piece. And during the process, I failed to do alot of things I should of done (ex. proper lighting) but through this project I have learned from my mistakes and gained more experience.
I like making my own sounds, I hope to practive more in the future. (too bad i cant actually play an instrument though @_@)

This summer I want to take the raw footage I have of the dancers and maybe experiment with it more and create something amazing. Toning and practicing my after effects skills.

Ira Slastenko, Ben McChesney, Joe Carpenito, Matt Bartol, Sam Sawzin and I are currently working on a game design project for the Game Development major here at R.I.T.
I have played games since as long as I could breathe. One of the reasons I became so interested in 3D and motion all due to playing way too much final fantasy back in day. With the amount of time I use to play I probably could of built car from scratch.
Besides that, video games aren’t completely terrible for you, they also build reflexes and natural awareness of our surrounding quicker then people who don’t play video games. Yea, I tell that to myself when i play a couple more hours.
Atgaderum is the name of the project. Its a very small game, reduced down to one level and mainly based more for the development then the in depth game play. We were all very excited but fearful at the same time, because we only have 5 weeks to design this game. Even more pressure from interests from Microsoft and a showing at the GDC 2009 conference. So poor planning on the development teams part and more caffine intake for the rest of us.
“Atgaderum is a cooperative puzzle game with platforming elements. The idea behind the cooperative gameplay is that two players can work towards the same goal while utilizing different sets of gameplay mechanics. One player will have direct control over the platforming avatar, while the other player will be able to influence the environment. For the purposes of this design document, the players will be referred to as the runner and the architect respectively.”
If you want to see more information about this game, please visit the Game Development Team’s document.
