Program Overview
The New Media Design and Imaging program offers you a unique course of study in the field of interactive and digital media. You will gain experience in concept development, information architecture, animation, interactive development, digital photography and video, and multimedia. You will also explore design for mobile devices, entertainment multimedia, user-interface design, motion graphics, and other areas of new media, while sharing courses with the New Media Interactive Development program within the Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences. Collaboration between these programs will allow you to experience a truly dynamic interdisciplinary curriculum. As a graduate of the New Media Design and Imaging program, you will be prepared to work in a team-based environment, meeting the growing demand for interactive professionals.
