At the School for American Crafts (SAC), your creative interests will combine with the comprehensive backgrounds of our faculty to form a highly artistic education in your chosen discipline. Our community's interests span the full spectrum of the art and design world and we are deeply involved in the crafts industry. SAC is a stimulating location to begin a course of study in craftsmanship, giving you opportunities to create work ranging from one-of-a-kind pieces to commission and limited edition work. The school has continuously produced graduates dedicated to earning a living as artists, craftspeople, teachers and designers. Whatever your chosen direction, you will be engaged in an intensive studio environment where your personal expression and professionalism can flourish.
