Don Arday is a tenured Professor in the Department of Illustration where he teaches illustration, digital illustration, illustrative design, and portfolio prep courses. Don has produced award-winning digital illustrations for Coca-Cola, Forbes, AT&T, MCI, Sprint, Fidelity Investments, and CNN to name a few. His work is recognized in over 200 competitions, exhibitions, awards and publications including The Society of Illustrators (New York), Society of Illustrators Los Angeles (SILA), Print Magazine, Idea Magazine (Japan), Step-By-Step Magazine, Art Direction Magazine, The New York Art Directors Club, The Type Directors Club (New York), The American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA), Graphis (Switzerland), Graphic Design:USA, Art Directors Club of Houston, and The Dallas Society of Visual Communications. His work has been featured in Step-By-Step, Print, and How magazines. He was a featured artist in Communication Arts Magazine and the featured cover artist in Design Graphics Magazine, published in Australia. Don previously taught at the University of Missouri, St. Louis, and the University of Texas at Arlington.
