Brick City Homecoming alumni talk: Tami Tolpa
Tami Tolpa, a 1998 graduate of RIT’s medical illustration MFA program, is scheduled to give a talk from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, in the Center for Bioscience Education and Technology, room 1160, on the university's campus.
Tolpa is a Seattle-based designer, illustrator, and business owner who specializes in creating visual communications for science and medicine. She works with a variety of clients from magazines to biotech companies to researchers and medical centers.
She will speak about her latest initiative, co-creation of an online course titled “SPARK: 5 strategies for the visual communication of science.” This is an RIT Brick City Homecoming and Family Weekend event.
